What do you think of the name Teaghann Emerie for a girl? Still working on spelling....I like the double "n" only because my 9 year old daughter's name is Kiahnna. Thought it would be cute for them both to have 2 "n's".

I think it sounds very pretty. I don't know if I'd spell Teaghann that way. Maybe Teegan (I understand you'd like to keep the 2 N's). Perhaps Teagann? I think the H is too much. Emerie is nice. I had a friend who spelled it Emery. All in all, it's your baby. With the way names are changing nowadays I think she'll fit in just fine. Whichever you chose will give her character and define her from the rest of her peers. Happy choosing!

i love it. My name has an interesting spelling and although people do get it wrong a lot they always remember me! Your daughter will be well remember and that spelling is beautiful. I also like Emerie. The very best of luck with your little girl

Honestly, I don't like the first name at all! I do like the middle name, and your idea of having a double N in the name. And I love your 9 year old's name! Why not make them rhyme, if you're going for cuteness? Brihanna, Tiahnna, Marianna, Karianna, etc....?

Be creative, use your imagination. Get out your scrabble board and experiment with the letters you like best. Just write whatever part of the name you know you want, "nna, hnna, ianna" and rearrange scrabble letters around it until you find something you think you like, then write it down and try again.

Goodluck!

I love the name, but it will be hard for her to have to correct the spelling all the time. The double n's might seem cute, but really no one will know unless the girls' names are written side by side. I would go with the name, but stick with the more traditional spelling.

I like the name Tegan. So why not Tegan Emery? It is just easier. Forget cute imagine trying to give her freaking email address someday.

Seriously the next generation is gonna have to start school a day early just to get through a freaking role call sheet.,

F**king A........

Emerie is a cool name, but you should spell it Emery. I don't really like Teaghann, Kiahnna is okay. I think Kierra Emery would sound cool...

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but I absolutely can't stand these new age namesand I think it is a terrible name, but then again, if all of the other kids are running around with these "new" names then I guess it will be the kids with the "old" names like John or David that get made fun of.

its a very unique name and that's not a bad thing, however, when a parent is naming a child He/she needs 2 take into consideration, the fact that if the name sounds strange or has a weird spelling or pronunciation, the child may be teased or have 2 constantly be explaining and spelling his or her name, so choose wisely and good luck.

Teaghann as in tee-gan? I think it's okay. It's different and certainly not the worse of what I've heard! It's growing on me!
