Does this mean the associated email account + all valuable emails will be deleted too?

Yes when an account is deleted everything goes with it, mine was deleted just a couple weeks ago :D

Never put any other Yahoo service with the account used for Y!A I have known people even with paid services like Web Hosting lose their accounts.

Better make a new email account and forward all your important emails to it. Just in case or before its too late.

most of my accounts get deleted permanently, but there is always that small chance that i can still use e-mail. It's happened that way maybe twice out of 50+ accounts.

yeah,comparable element occurred to my chum she only had her 2d account deleted for no stable reason we expect of. i think of she's had it with yahoo. she plans to no longer reconnect. as for me I in all probability could, if that ever occurred to me :)

um i honestly dk cuz mine has never been deleted... but i hope they dont delete your mail account too... cuz thatll be just horrible
but i think whats best to do here is just not get violated...
