Whatever sport it is, have the ball or shoes in hand and say - jokingly.....It has been a long summer and we need to get back into focusing on the task of being the best team possible. And to do this, I feel we need tro get back to basics in practice. And to start this.......here is the (volleyball, x-c spikes) that you may be unfamiliar with because of the long time away....but this is what we use in games and what we'll be using in practice.
