I believe a lot of women still go 'au naturale', depending how much hair a woman has. It can be quite irritating when it grows back.

Tired from working on a novel. Have you made it into print and got paid for any literary works yet? Most haven't. You mentioned your wife is only a secretary and working 10 hours a day. Again working on a novel. That indicates you are working from home. Only a fool would rent an office to do such inspired work. Why don't women cook and clean? Why do men lay on the sofa, hand down pants the other on a can of beer watching TV instead of working on the car, yard and other useful things? I'm a guy and single. But if I marry and my wife do the cooking, I will be doing the dish washing (well practiced at KP in the Army and much better and faster than the machines) I'll run the vacuum and do the laundry too. Learned to do that when I was 8. A wife is not a slave. I won't treat her that way. As to the past, most men a century or so ago were farmers and did real work like plowing and seeding about 3 acres of field a day with horse drawn equipment. Or working in foundries and heavy industry where work was hot, dangerous and back breaking. Hey, I'm a wooz too. Retired metrologist, ex justice of the peace, current jr college teacher (unpaid though) 35+ years as a reserve sheriff officer (again unpaid, matter of fact it costs me $160 a month in gas to do it) Volunteer pushing wheelchairs at the VA Hospital. But once a combat soldier, once a driller (not oil wells but everything else) Once a technical government publications writer. And once a writer for a national publication called Gun Week. Once a gold miner, once a electric power tower worker. Now that was heavy hard and dangerous work and I enjoyed it far more than being in air conditioned comfort at desks. And in 52 of my 60 years, I have never had a wife or family to come home to.... very regrettably so.

Yes!! Waxing hurts like no tomorrow and to the devil with shaving everyday!! once in a blue moon it will all be gone but I always HATE the regrowth process and itching and scratching like you have fleas! My husband learned when I ask him to reciprocate, I haven't heard any fuss about it since!

I don't trim, shave, or anything else! I like it natural! It's the way women were meant to be - why else would I grow hair down there during puberty! It's SUPPOSED to be there! :)

I am italian, which means I practically have a forest. I am somewhat uncomfortable with it, but I haven't found a good enough reason to do any more than trim now and then.

I prefer it that way. I don't want to feel like a little girl. I am proud to be a woman.
