Can it be cultivated in western PA, zone 6?

I got my seeds at a plant swap.... Sweet Annie , being an annual, grows just about anywhere!... on that link there's a list of where some folks live who grow it...

mine got six ft high and about three wide... and the scent is wonderful... I grew around in my roses and had very little problems with bugs!!... that and fennel one year and no Japanese Beetles came by either... and I do think it would help to deter deer, like that one poster said on that link.....

hint... when you go to dry it for wreaths and such?... make sure it's a BIG area, cuz it will be an overpowering scent in a small area!!!....
