I'd like to borrow a gun off of Roses and finish off all the remaining cRAP 'artists' what a load of crap it is. what the hell has happened to black music ? it used to be so good.

But More Rap!!!......
Guns N Roses Are Obv Legends....
But Some People Don't Listen To The Lyrics In The Good Rap Songs.....
Like Tupac He Rapped About Something That Happened In His Hood.....A Young Girl Was Forced By her Cousin & Then She Got Pregnant At 14.....Her Parents Were Druggies & She Knew They Couldn't Cope So She Dumped The Baby......
Hes Rapping About How Its Hard For Her & How Its Ashame On The Baby....
People Don't Listen To Some Of The Lyrics Of Rap Songs......
I Admit That A Lot Of Them Are About Sex etc. But No-One Gives The Songs That Matter A Chance Cause Their Too Stuck On Hating The Songs They Don't Like!

I'm a big rock guy and i love guns n roses, but eminem is one of the rap artists i respect.

I find it kinda funny how all you rap haters have so much time to come here and complain about how bad you think rap is. out of those 2 i would choose guns n roses over eminem. no i do not hate rap i love it but id still choose em over eminem

Not many rap lovers answering here...maybe they are frightened by the out cry of rock lovers!

In my opinion Rap/Hip Hop/R&B music doesnt seem to have many levels. A lot of the music is sampled and ripped off other music (the most popular being rock samples), and the lyrics seem to be about a few typical subjects ie SEX, VIOLENCE, DANCING,.

For me Rock/Metal has depth and variation in the music and also the topics in the lyrics. It doesnt seem bound to cliches as much as th Black music is!

I'm about 65-35 in favour of HIP-HOP....grew up listening to all sorts of music, my parents are Irish so got a soft spot for some Irish music too..haha...my mum was also heavily into blues, soul & reggae so I listened to that too. I started getting into Hip-Hop about the the late eighties but also liked groups like wasp, def lepard, guns n roses etc but have to say Hip-Hop stole it for me, just so much diversity if you dig beneath the surface of the commercial rubbish that people on this site take as being the be all and end all of Hip-Hop.

Rock all the way. Linkin Park are the greatest artists ever. I like rap sometimes. But rock is the best.
