In my state you can buy them from the Real Estate Commission...it's actually pretty cheap, under $100 for the entire contact CD list.

I know of several states that do the same thing....that is why when you are newly licensed you get offers to join firms so quickly.

Just call and ask them.

You don't. They are added to the state databases of licensed realtors as they apply for and receive their licenses.

I am not aware of any state which makes a list of only new licensees available.
