"Hillary (when she was First Lady) and Chelsea, and an entourage of two dozen people went on spring break to North Africa in 1999. The airfare alone cost the American taxpayer a colossal $2.3 million dollars. The 'Factor' tried to find out just how much this entire junket cost but failed, because, by law, White House expenditures are sealed for 12 years after a president leaves office. We asked the Clintons to waive that policy so that we the people, who paid for the North African trip, could know the expense. Bill and Hillary, an insider told me, got a kick out of that request." - page 66, "Who's Looking Out For You?" by Bill O'Reilly. Doesn't this seem like a lot of similar stories how the Clintons loved to spend OUR money? What think ye ???

A vacation is wrong. Paying for dignitary type events are to be expected. But this is Hillary Clinton. The one that tried to keep the Health Care exploratory committee budget a secret.

What about Mrs, George Bush she travels at our expense to Russia to attend a illiterates speech, she travels everywhere at the Government expense , she has traveled more on our Jets with the taxpayers paying the fuel than any other First Lady. They take Air Force One to go pick her Mother and Bush's parents bringing them for a little dinner date. George Bush has just about worn Air Force out from Washington to Crawford . Don't even think about what the fuels used. George Bush takes Air Force One to campaign for the Senators and Congressman but Bill Clinton had to pay half the jet fuel when he went 1 time to campaign for a Senator.
George Bush Staff and his family have cost twice as much as Bill Clinton's even thought about using. Cheney uses our Jets to go Hunting , don't even think about what any other Presidency has used for fuel cost.
Laura Bush could have stayed home and looked at her husband for for illiteracy course.

I'm with you to a point and please don't get me wrong but the moment yo pay your taxes, they are no longer yours to say one way or the other. It's like being in a poker game and the other person wins the pot. Are you allowed to tell them what they can or can't spend that money on? No. I'm sorry but as much as disliked the Clintons I can't agree with you on this matter.

No it's not fair, but what can we do about it? Nobody in Congress wants to open up about their own financial spendings, so how would it change?

They have all done it. That's one of the perks of the office.
