Which will come to an end first, the Republican Party or the use of oil?

With India and China growing to the usage standards of the USA and Europe, oil will soon disappear from the markets as supply runs out.
With the Republican ideas of war, no taxes, bad public schools and Hedge funds, none of which produce a good society, it is safe to say the end is near.

What party won the last two elections? REPUBLICANS.

Why?

Because America is sick of democrats and their lack of response to terrorism and other threats.

Actually, America is sick of both parties. Republicans are the only ones thinking of any ideas to solve the problems...a lot of those ideas aren't that great, and the Democrats are just complaining about the republicans.

Neither side is being favored too much.

The only real solution to the upcoming oil shortage is Nuclear Energy. The 'renewable' resources like solar and wind do not have the reliability or capacity to power the immense infrastructure of America. The Republicans, as usual, will solve the problem--because the Dems hold too dogmatically to failed policies.

hmm seems like the repubs are enjoying more power as minority then ever as a majority so i don't think you have to worry to much
as majority every bill was filabustered
as minority every bill either voted down or pulled off the floor by the majority because they can't get super majority
ideas of war you need to win....this seems to work everytime it is implemented and the only time it isn't implimented is when libs stand in the way
ideas of taxes that if you leave people with more money they will spend more and thereby generate more taxes again it has worked everytime it has been tried another bad policy
ideas on bad public school libs think if the school is doing bad give them more unaccoutned money to waste the repubs believe you need to find something else including allowing parents to take thier kid somewhere else perfect example of free enterprise at work again works everytime its used
Hedge funds most of the high ranking dems are particapates in hedge funds ......sounds like a repub issue here

I don't know, some of those old men in the Republican party look tough as nails and old as leather. They won't go down easily, lol, you can bank on it. Don't let the goofy smiles fool you. The worse thing you can do is underestimate the opposition.

Yes, I can also agree that both parties suck at the moment. I was a Dem until just a few years ago, now I'm an Independant.

It is safe to say that the republicans will be big time in the minority after the 2008 elections but they will probably linger around for years in that capacity while the Libertarian party takes over as one of the two party elite.

Dream on - both parties have already long outlived their usefulness to the people.
As for oil, there are compelling reasons for many Republicans who, like myself, are worried enough about security to want to get off oil and onto something that won't enrich the very people that are financing terror.

using fact Republicans are company whores retaining their components of investment on the value of all of us else. The republicans protecting them listed under are hypocritical bastards, do you think interior the loose marketplace or no longer? they are giving specific privileges and tax payer money to those companies which prevents opposition and only brings up the value of gas besides, and that's in all probability the least risky issues they are doing to develop the value of gas.
