No. I wouldn't recommend it because you body does absorb the toxins, not only when you're in the room having them done. The same goes for hair coloring as well. There is a high morality rate in the hair & nail field, specifically from cancer.

I am confident that not enough testing has been done to confirm one way or another if these fumes are harmful to professionals who use them--let alone pregnant women. For that fact alone, I think I would bypass this trivial vanity

i don't see why not. unless some of the chemicals would effect the development of the baby, which i highly doubt.
