What would it be and why?

My opinion is, no. even if I did something wrong. even if I could go back and change it. I would not do so.

Because I , feels that we learn more from our mistakes and things we have done wrong. that help us to cope and understand. also learn, we should never do them again.

I have learned from correction my mistakes.as much as I have learned, about why I made them. this has open my eyes, to similar things that could have happen, but I was able to stop, in my future.

I feel we need to have things happen to us, to be able to learn and understand everything around us. somethings, that I do think about, that was very bad in my past. but it had to happen. it was meant to be. everything has a reason. even if you cannot see the reason at the time.

So' no I would not change anything at all. for what has happen in our past. is what, will form our future. no' persons past is the same as another person. if so they could think the same as you or even have the same personality. I feel our brains. gather all this information in a way, that could be, what forms our personalities. but as I said, this is my opinion.

But I do know, we learn from what happen in our lives. so if you did change something, it would also change who you are today.

There are lots of things in my life both in my control and out I would've changed. But as I've aged I realize one change can't happen. If one thing changes so do many others, which effects still other things.

One used the example of her husband. She could have had a daughter with anyone but it wouldn't be the same one as now. Who she is, how she looks, personality, etc. took two particular individuals at a certain time, with one sperm out of 250,000 to get her.

Another example is I refuse to let my son go to a party. Someone spikes the punch, everyone gets drunk and dies driving or from too much booze or whatever. My son is spared. Yet a few years later he's a soldier and is captured by the enemy and is tortured for months before being killed. Would I want to go back and let him die at the party?

I believe the reason the good Lord doesn't let us know the future is because we'd try to prevent it and some things we must go through for reasons we may never understand this side of heaven.

On a lesser example whenever someone wins the lottery on a quick pick a lot of people in various places chose not to. Seeing how many totally screwed up their life by instant money many would still like the opportunity to see if they could do it better. Yet would never dream of staying in a store buying lottery tickets 24/7 for 3 days until the jp was called even if it was guaranteed to have a winner. What if while they were there someone broke into their home and killed a loved one?

We make choices everyday. Some good, some bad. but often the simplest choice can snowball into life altering that can be good or bad as well.

So when I think about the changes I'd like to make I carry it on in my mind to other possibilities from that choice and find despite regrets I'll accept my life as is and be thankful for what I've been spared.

I would not have waisted my early 20's partying. I should have concentrated on school. I should have realized that there is plenty of time for fun later once I graduate and get a good job that pays well! Instead of being where I am now; 30 and 1.5yrs left to graduate while juggling a husband and child.

On the other hand those decisions made me who I am and I do like myself (most of the time). If things were different I might never have met my husband and we wouldn't have this wonderful and inquisitive little girl. I don't really want a life that would not include them.

Also, I'd like to invest in oil futures when they were at $15.00 a barrel!!!

Having a Christmas kiss one year with a work colleague, knew it was a mistake as he didn't leave for 4 years, we split up after the 1st year and it was only when my daughter saved my life from his hands at 5years old i got him out.

If i hadn't of got a bit drunk that Christmas night my life now would be so much different and better and maybe not in so much debt.
After reading the other answers on here I'm going to pull my finger out my *** and be more positive

Me gaining weight because I wouldnt have an eating disorder and I wouldnt be so dipressed and have anxiety issues. Life wouldnt be so hard. I think to myself though, what if I never did gain weight though? Would I be different in other ways besides looks? I love the saying that everything happenes for a reason because then I dont feel so bad.

I wouldn't change anything. Every mistake I made I ended up learning from it. People can waste way just thinking of things they could have changed. If you were to change every thing that went wrong in your life, then you would have learned nothing.

Haven't seen the friend for a lot of years and would love to see how he turned out!

Nothing, I think everything happens for a reason in this life and their is a reason we experienced it. I am not going to say its all in god's ultimate plan because I am agnostic and believe that something is out there but not necessarily this person who was written about by someone we know nothing about? It’s hard for me to believe something I cannot see with my own eyes, I am a realist like that. I do think every decision we make is made for a specific reason good or bad we learn and grow from it hopefully.
