Probably a MOD file for an Electronics art game, read up for more info here . . . .

Answer: you don't open it. You need more than just the .big files to play the game. From what I've gathered of your previous questions, it is a pirated game. The good news, and the truth that that is that you CANNOT PLAY THE GAME WITH JUST THE .BIG FILES. Sorry.

If you really want to play the game, try going to your local game store.
