My sons dad's gf has someone call and tell me that my ex's gf can't meet me In Muncie so i can see my son. I tell this girl that they should have no excuse not to beable to meet in Muncie instead of ALbany, In. I live in Indpls, In after making arrangements to meet in muncie. Then my ex's gf emails me and says i cussed this other girl out when i didn't. What can i do about this? Can i take him back to court with emails showing that my ex is cursing me out in emails when i never did it to him while trying to see about seeing my son without an attorney.

Sure, you can take him to court for the e-mails. It would be silly at best and a big waste of the courts time.

However, if the visitation was specified in the divorce decree and was not provided for as ordered, you can take him to court for contempt of court.

No. This is not okay. You and your son's dad are the only two people who have legitimate reason to speak about this. If the two of you cannot speak to one another because you hate each other, or something, then you can arrange for a social worker to handle the transfer of your son. Otherwise, unless you authorize someone to handle these arrangements, no one else has a right to interfere. Please call child protection in your state and get this taken care of pronto! Use the e-mails as evidence. This may, in fact, be felony kidnapping. If you cussed the ***** out, more power to you, honey! She has no right to be involved in any of this.

Sit down and talk like adults, keep it civilized and solve the problem. Judges hate crap like this, adults bickering. You need to deal with your ex one to one. Leave attorneys and the courts out of this. Keep in mind the best interests of the child.

Keep ALL correspondence with the ex and the GF.

If you have visitation rights set by the court, you may have a case.

how i would deal with it is this-ignore the gf for a start-deal with the boys father direct-ignore her. she has no power of attourney over your boy so you can refuse outright to deal with her. then contact the boys father and tell him if reasonable access rights are not granted then the matter will go to court-but most importantly and once again-she has no power over when you can see your son-so tell her to ponce off out of it!!.

If the visitation is court ordered he is in contempt take him in and you'll win =-) if no order is in place then you should get one so this can't happen again

good luck
