somewhat have, he treated me well and we had a good sexual realationship always bought me things or sent flowers to the office. It was good while it lasted and we both knew it was only for the time being and neither wanted anything more out of it .

I wouldn't call him a sugar daddy, but I had a boyfriend who paid for 99% of everything in the relationship. I was in school full time and not working for that reason. He also felt he should pay because he was 'the man'. At first I hated this but then I realized I want to have fun and if I don't have money and he wants to go out he needs to pay. I eventually grew used to it and enjoyed it. In the beginning I took it as an insult because I wanted to pay my own way. I even offered to assit relatives with odd jobs on weekends where I wasn't busy.
a few times I paid for things- like once when I slammed my money on the counter at a hot dog stand before he could pull out his wallet and another time he was broke but we really wanted to see go to an annual carnival so I was 'allowed' to pay. I bought him a b-day present as well.

My sugar daddy was my real dad. He was a sugar daddy in the BEST sense of the word. He was a loving, steady, protective, generous, strict(but reasonable), father. He's gone now, but will always be here in the minds of his 3 kids.
Thanks, Dad.

Yes. He was close to my age, attractive and very spoiled. He paid for everything. It felt like a business arrangement. When he asked me to marry him I had to consider what it was that I wanted out of life. I am now married to a middle class man who as a team we are working our way together through life. It is unbelievably good.

Sugar daddies are good in theory, but not in practice. I wouldn't feel right about being "kept".

Yes, when in my twenties I dated a doctor that was in his forties. He was fine! He bought me a car and he used to take me on trips and shopping. It was a healthy, mature, respectful dating experience that taught me how a woman should really be treated. It came right on time in my life after dealing with a young knucklehead.

No. I've dated many an older man in my life, but never for that reason. I've made my own money and paid my own way all my life. I just wouldn't feel comfortable using someone like that.

I actually did but we never really had true sex. For about a year I would go and undress in front of a much older man and just hang out with him. (he touched me a little at time but it was not very sexual). In return he bought me things including my skiis ...strange but true.
