When I read your question I knew I was going to answer "pink flamingos," I couldn't believe When I saw you had the same answer. so many of my friends think this is a great movie to watch. Once was enough for me.

I haven't seen that many sick movies but so far the sickest I've seen has to be silent hill the movie!

I forget the title. . . but this guy is kidnapped randomly and for no reason, held hostage for 15 years, is released he is tricked into having sex with his daughter and when he finds out that it is his daughter he tries to atone for his sins by cutting out his tongue. And you see pretty much all of it on film, too. But I didn't think it was sick; I found it clever film making. You don't see a lot of twists like that anymore. At least in American films, you do, but none to that kind of degree.

the movie "Henry: Potrait of a Serial Killer"
the movie was way to twisted... and featured a climax that was not all that crowd pleasing. the scene where he kills the woman in her bathroom... totaly sick!
