I know you asked for music, and I'm sorry I just can't think of any rock songs that make me cry. Tears in Heaven is a good one by Eric Clapton. Though it's more of a ballad. But I can recommend a excellent movie for a good cry. It is called Dead Poet's Society with Robin Williams. Good alternative if you can't use music.
