Well, as the current four turtles have their names after four Renaissance artists (Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo) I would name the fifth "Sandro", after Sandro Botticelli, another artist from that time...
Weapon: well, that's a hard one, let's say he'd have twice the skills of the other four with any weapon....hmm...that's lame actually....I dont know, you make it up better...
well, maybe a bow and arrow could make it also...
