There was this guy that would always flirt with me and all that stuff!! So I grew to like him! :( But then when I told him I liked him he started to ignore me!!! :( Idk why he did that!!
So why do guys lead girls on??

Why does anyone lead anyone on? Fear of intmacy. They just want to be validated as attractive but want nothing more. They didn't realize their flirting was actually going to get them something more. They have a girlfriend/boyfriend and then feel guilty about cheating. They just want to know that they could have you if they wanted. They want to get sexual hits without actually being intimate.

Love and attraction are weird like that. He didn't mean to do it. He liked you a lot back then, but probably decided you didn't like him, so he moved on. There is also something strangely attractive about someone you can't have--it may have taken you so long to decide you like him because he was too easy--you knew he liked you.
For some sick reason people like being unsure about their status when they meet someone new--they like the freedom to explore a new relationship without expectations. Once you both know you like each other, the relationship changes--you are starting to build something together, not trying to find out whether your feelings are love or something else.

Just think of a reason a girl would lead a guy on or go ask a girl that has .... it's more then likely same reason that guy did it

it is a guy thing to flirt, probably he was interested in you and that is why he flirted with you but you know you girls take long to make up your minds and this may have been the case with you and may be by the time you made your mind up he had moved on.sorry

it,s all in the way you take it.(for instance) if a girl says she'll call you, it means usually the same day. if a guy says he'll call you, it means sometimes before he dies. he means well, it's just in the execution of his actions that things get screwed up.

sometimes guys are just nice to you, and they don't even realize they r flirting. he probably didn't think of you in the same way and you scared him.

i hate that!! its happened to me before and btw...i dont lead guys on i know how it feels to be lead on so i dont do it!! i just act like myself and thats all
