Can someone please explain why Harry was able to come back to life? and what was the crying baby that it kept mentioning?

Harry had control of all three of the Hallows at the point when he died. THus he had complete power over death. The crying baby was all that was left of Tom Riddle's soul after he had torn it so many times.

Harry was never dead. He was only in a crossroads point between life and death, he choose to live. The crying boy like thing was the part of He Who Must Not Be Named soul that was linked to Harry when he killed his parents years ago.

baby= a fragment of voldys soul that was in harry
harry came back and i have 2 theories.
OTHER PEOPLE THINK
1= he had harrys blood in him so he couldn't kill harry because it wold be like killing himself
BUT I THINK
2= harry was the master of the three deathly hallows...he had the cloak, stone and wand, (although he didnt have the wand with him he was still its master)

i dont no about the baby but I know how harry came back to life..... voltamort killed him self not harry. when harry was a baby voltamort tried to kill him but, since his mother protected him part of voltamort went in to harry, so when he tried to kill harry he killed the part of him that was in harry, like when there minds were linked and now there not linked because voltamort killed that part.

He wasn't accually dead, he was unconsious. Also Voldemort couldn't kill him because part of Harry was living inside him so if he tried to kill him it wouldn't work. Hope this helps. :)
