Interest rates?

Now that the Feds have left the interest rate at 5.25%, I would like to see it go down at least to 4.50%. What was the lowest interest rate ever in mortgage rates?

Interest rates a few years back were as low as about 5% for mortgages. Note teh fed rate was lower (got as low as about 1% as I recall), but mortgage rates never got much below that.
