Well then make sure you tell that to the woman fire fighter who passed all the courses, physical requirements, and tests that she needed to pass to become a firefighter. Tell her that you dont think she's qualified for the job of saving you because she wasnt born a man, so she can go save someone else and you can wait around for a man to come save your @ss.

There are 110 pound men who can't carry you out of a building, too. Any woman who can pass the requirements get in. Those who don't pass, don't. What's the big deal?

Do you know anything about training to be a police officer or a firefighter? Anything at all?

How about judging people on an individual basis instead of making assumptions? Would you rather be rescued by a small, weak man, or a big, strong woman? People going into occupations which require physical strength and stamina have to pass stringent tests.

Job qualifications should not have anything to do with sex. Whether you're a 110 lb. man, a 110 lb. woman, a 250 lb. man or a 250 lb. woman, you should not get the job if you can't perform its duties.

If you CAN perform its duties, you shouldn't be rejected on the basis of sex. The only way to ensure that hiring practices are not discriminatory is to force agencies and companies to test and document the abilities and qualifications of the applicants and to be able to prove that they are hiring only based on qualifications and without prejudgment based on sex.

Well yeah, that's why most firefighters are men. The women police officers usually don't deal with the serious stuff.
