It is a full set of china, but when I checked eBay I could not find anything about it. I assume they're worth something if they are numbered (on the back)

It could be Rudolstadt: http://www.kovels.com/priceguide/kovels_rudolstadt/

It's difficult without seeing the mark. Perhaps you can identify it by using these guides... good luck!

Check with these places and maybe they can help you.
Antique Roadshow.com
Sothbey's auction house
Christies' auction house
any other place that may know about antique china made in Germany. Like perhaps Smithsonian.com
Or post this question with the librarian at the Library of Congress' website: www.loc.gov and maybe get references to other places to check. Hope this helps.

another option could be RW Bavaria,

check out if it looks anything like this link:
http://www.efineantiques.com/Retsch%20porcelain%20mark%20from%20Carolyn.jpg

it's from this website with plenty of marks:
http://www.efineantiques.com/fine_porcelains.htm
it's alphabetically sorted, so scroll down to RW...
