It is against the Community Guideline #3:
"Post adult, vulgar, or obscene content or use sexually explicit language. Please see "Age restriction" below."

All you can do is report them. Unfortunately, it takes time for Y!A to remove them.

I agree! I am no "prude" but i dont care to see some of the avatars people put up.... but it lets you know not to click on their questions..... anyway..people should write yahoo answers ( how ever the heck we do that) and ask why there isnt some kind of monitor or guard type person that can delete junk like that ( like they have in some chat rooms) I myself will look and see if i can write yahoo and they will answer me

Exactly!! Thank you!! I have complained multiple times to Yahoo about that same issue!!
PPL need to realize that there are children on this site & that just disgusting to post that mess!
