Nampa, Idaho
lived here 2 years, moved from So. Cal.
I'd give Nampa a good 7. It could use some cleaning up, a gang/graffiti task force, but it's really nice.
I'd love to live on the beach in a cute, but not too small bungalow.

Morganton, North Carolina -- nice, small town in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains in western NC--- I would rate it a 9 out of 10. (There is always room for improvement.)
We are in a war right now as to whether to let Super Wal-Mart build a store in a our little town.

I live in Jonesboro, AR
It is definitely a 9.
We had the horrible shooting incident at the school outside of Jonesboro and the area got a bad reputation. It is just so opposite of what this area really is. There are some great people here...and shopping and dining...and the outdoors is gorgeous. I love it and don't plan on leaving it.
