I wanna learn how to pop lock and drop it, 1,2 step, 2 step, and all that jazz... ive tried by watching the music videos...but i can't see anyone long enough to learn. Does anyone know any websites where they teach you step by step??? Thanks!

Well let me start by telling you that the mirror or digital camera is your best friend when it comes to learning how to dance. Just watch what your trying to do and KEEP practicing!! Like if you want to two step or anything watch the video on youtube and then try it. Trust me eventually you will get it but another thing is if you can get it like they do it then make it your own and do it like that.

What a strange fashion among white people - putting themselves down because of their race. If you're putting yourself down as incapable because you're white (what does race have to do with it anyway?) you'll never learn. Chase that though out of your head.
It is the best to go to a studio and take classes. This is where you learn jazz properly and quickly. I doubt they teach pop lock and drop it. You can try to type in "learn pop lock and drop it" into youtube.com search, maybe something will come up.

Haha dvd's.. those things are so outdated.
I say go on youtube they have some pretty good videos of people doing it long enough for you to mimic and learn the pop lock and drop it or whatever thats how I learned anyways.

That is so precious. I don't know about a website, but there are plenty of DVDs you can get at the video store. You may even find some at the library.

What does race have to do with it? If you really want to learn you keep trying tape the videos then re-play them over and over and emulate the movies your body learns threw repititon.

how many times do i have to tell people you cannot learn to dance in any style, from a website. learn it from a real person!!!

Go to a local dance studio. If you are short on money, some offer scholarships.

you need to pair up with an inner city black guy who is struggling to do well in school so he can have a shot at a good life, then you tutor him and he helps you to dance, and all you classmates are like "Why are you hanging out with him?" but you guys are breaking down racial barriers.
