Congrats on getting another little cousin...:) I'm pregnant also, with my 4th child. Some names I would suggest are Skye, Alyssa, Macy, Nicole, Courtney, Gina, Robert, Harry, Noah, Gavin...
Try to pick out a unique name over names everybody has- her child won't like being the 3rd "Sarah" in the classroom. :)

well is the baby a girl or a boy? either way maybe try naming the baby after family relatives or you could always get a book with lots of baby names.
