If you are trying to get pregnant at home with no medical intervention then count the 14th as day 1. If you are using fertility treatments then you count day 1 as the first day of red flow that begins before 5pm.

First day of heavy bleeding counts as cycle day 1. Even if you start late in the evening. If its before midnight its that day.

Consistent with my fertility doctor the first day of your interval is not except you've got a usual float and must alternate your tampon/pad more then as soon as a day. So i don't believe that is your first day with just the tip of the tampon being crimson. Hope that helps.

in accordance to my fertility surgeon the 1st day of your era isn't till you have a typical circulate and would desire to alter your tampon/pad extra then as quickly as an afternoon. So i don't think of it somewhat is your first day with purely the top of the tampon being crimson. desire that facilitates.

The first time you see blood is the first day of cycle.it does not depend on the time of day or how much blood.once you see blood it is the first day.
