My firewall is blocking limewire pro ( I think ). How can I remedy this. I have already downloaded programme again and makes no difference. Any suggestions welcome.

Disable your firewall...That's what I did and it worked!

I be a bit different shall i ? i think you need the firewall much more than Limewire, oh by the way a lot of isps block p2ps
just thought i'd let you know that.

Or Remove Limewire and let the firewall do its job, unless you want a virus, is this site safe ?????

Like mp3 Hate people who think its ok not to pay for it, so how the hell are they supposed to make a living ???

You need to configure your firewall to allow the ports that Limewire uses. Your admin probably disabled UUnP and blocked the ports.

Your lucky that your firewall actually protects you against Limewire! I have Norton Anti Virus and even though I have that, Limewire still mucked up my computer!

go into your firewall setting and make it an exception. That should work. Do not disable your fire wall you are asking to get hacked.

Limewire can be very problematical, send me an email and i will reply to it and send you a much better and more secure p2p download program.
