if arod doesnt opt out i would say Carlos Zambrano because he is only 27 years old but he mimght resign with the cubbies

Despite the fact that he is stuggling a bit at the plate, the best free agent that will be available this offseason is Andruw Jones. He is arguably the best defensive outfielder in baseball, backing that up with his 9, I think, Gold Gloves. Not to mention he is typically good for about a .260 BA, 35+ HR, and 100+ RBI. Which is even more impressive when you think that he plays in a pitchers ballpark. I would be willing to bet that if he were signed by Philly or Cincinatti he'd put up 50 HR pretty regularly.

A-rod if he opts out which the yankees dont want him to do and if he isnt i would say jones eventhough he sucks this year
