Hi,
All you need is an "UBS WLAN Adapter" which should come with the installation software and cost you about £16 at most P.C shop's. This will help you.

There are two parts to a wireless internet connection: The access point or router and the wireless internet card for your laptop. If you're just wanting to use your laptop at public places for wireless internet, they will provide the access point for you. If you want it at home you will need a router (or a neighbor to have a router that you can use) to get a connection. The wireless cards are called 802.11 and can be purchased at walmart, staples, best buy, etc.
an alternative means is to subscribe to a wireless carrier's internet (sprint, verizon, etc.) however this is about $50/month though the coverage is better if youre moving to unknown areas.
