Rei. She's got dark purple hair. It's very long and not in pigtails. I think she's much cuter. Serena (well, Usagi...and in Japanese, Usagi means rabbit) doesn't look as cute because of her standard blonde hair. Overall though, I like Minako the best. But you're comparing Rei and Serena, so Rei.

I love Sailor Pluto/Trista/Setsuna. I think she's the most beautiful and she's so mysterious and brooding.
