When will libs get around to blaming Bush for the Mineanopolis Bridge collapsing?

Probably soon because they are still blaming him for Katrina. If you read the current issue of Time you will see that the local and state government there were mostly responsible for a lot of the pork projects that got done that never addressed the issue of protecting the city from a hurricane. The Army Corp of Engineers and Louisiana governments have screwed up those areas since 20's.
