i just started selling items on amazon.com, how do i send them when they are purchased?

UPS or post office. Package them securely and take them to the post office or a UPS drop point.

I have sold a few things on Ebay, and I usually just put the items in an appropriately sized box and take them to the Post Office - unless the purchaser wants the item shipped another way (ie UPS, FedEx...)
