Been there, and yes, I kinda knew it would. Just wanted to ask because the question came to my mind (even knowing the answer) and I thought it was unique.

Are you saying that gay marriage is now illegal and you can be arrested and thrown in jail if you do get married?

Somehow I think you are exaggerating a bit. No one goes to jail, and it is not illegal for gays to marry anywhere.

If it have been in simple terms criminal there then i assume what happens in Vegas might could stay in Vegas. Any time a new and unique service is provided, business in that area goes up. i don't know how much.
