I swim every day or at least every other day ; and eat a lot of fruit for snacking ; I eat no-fat , or low fat foods . I limit my coffee . Drink very little soft drinks . I take vitamins and have cut the fried foods . I drink water all day long .

They are all the same. There are physical and emotional benefits, not the least of which is learning about your own body. And yes, there are things you can learn even after 5 kids.

I drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, try to get adequate sleep, exercise and more important than all I stay away from stressful people!

I get plenty of excercise at my job, I drink plenty of water and I try my best to eat right.

THINKING yourself healthy is what i do mostly tho
im a pescatarian; i dont drink soda; i dont do drugs; i dont self-harm; i try to live my life
