You cannot, that why everyone hates it. You could get Linux though. That's what I did.

Bad idea. If you don't want to see it, just remove the icon from your desktop, and install one of several free web browsers such as Firefox or Opera.
The functionality of many programs depends upon the presence of Internet Explorer. If you really don't want to have it on your computer, install Linux or buy a Mac.

Windows Explorer is part of XP and can not be uninstalled. If you don't want to use it, don't. It will, however open when ever you visit a Microsoft site. And it is used to download updates. Sorry, but that's the way it is.
I like, and use Firefox, but there are many browsers to choose from.

It is a part of windows operating system,, you can only uninstall the new version and return back to the older one if you were updated to newer version
