The sec. is moving in dec. but wouldnt you still move her up and then when she moves bump everybody up one? Thanks!

The answer is in your chapter's organizational documents. Either in the Charter or the Bylaws, it should state clearly what happens when an officer resigns, dies, or is no longer eligible.

It's not a matter of opinion, even among members, let alone the Yahoo! community. It's in the documents.

Not necessarily. Your president can name a different VP, especially since the Secretary is known to drink quite a bit and is a little loose with the members.
