A...Protons and Neutrons are considered to have equal mass.
B...The Electron has the least mass at 1/1840th of the mass of a Proton or Neutron.
C...The Proton has a positive charge, the electron a Negative charge and the Neutron (as its name implies, is Neutral).
(Protons and Neutrons form the Nucleus of the atom and collectively are called 'Nucleons'.).

Interesting point, and one that really needs to be considered on merit by the theists, but of course they will dismiss it, or like many on here claim a different type of matter/energy that is undetectable called 'spirit', this simply is not good enough, to make such a claim would need solid evidence, and there simply is no evidence to back it up without grasping at straws. If such a thing as a god exists, then to interact with the universe as we known it, and we have considerable knowledge compared to the writers of various 'holy' books on this point, then that god or deity must be made up of some type of particle or be made of energy, this means that it must react with the rest of the universe in a set way. It must be said that protons, neutrons and electrons are not the only particles known, and as the hunt for the Higgs shows, we are not sure that we have a full set of particles, the same can also be said of states of energy, we know light, radio, electro-magnetic, etc, but because we know how most particles and energy work within a given system, in this case the universe and that this is consistent throughout the universe, then any unknown energy or particle would behave within certain limits. Here gravity is actually a good example, we known what it does, and as it involves interaction between masses, say planets and stars, we have a very good idea of its existence, but we do not know why it happens, is it an energy wave like light, is it a particle, a graviton, how is gravity generated, and why does it work the way it does, we do not really know the answers, but what we do know is that it follows the same pattern of behaviour as everything else, so therefore, any god of deity contained within the universe would have to follow the same pattern, this is why we known that things such as dark matter and dark energy are there, they are predicted by the system that we know exists. So any god or deity within the universe would show up as having an effect on the universe by virtue of its physical nature, and no such thing has ever been encountered, this reduces the probability of such a thing to next to nil. To claim that the deity would be outside of this as the deity is the creator is actually nonsense, as this does not defeat the argument that whether the deity is inside or outside it must be made of something, therefore the effects of anything that it does must therefore still be felt on the inside, and so we get back to the first part of this again, if there is something, call it a 'deity or a god', on the outside affecting the inside then it must be measurable, it must still be consistent with the physical rules that govern our universe, it must cause an identifiable wave, interact with particles, and in doing so become detectable. As we are now at a point where science can define all matter and all energy within know variables, and there is no direct or indirect actions that cannot be explained by the interaction of matter and energy then the probability of there being a controlling god or deity made from spirit, matter or energy is unlikely in the extreme to exist.

neutrons are the heaviest, because you can think of them as 1 proton + 1 electron + other subatomic particles.

electrons have the least mass, by far.

the charge on an neutron is 0. the charge on an electron is -1. the charge on a proton is +1
