True love is an emotion. It is a feeling down deep in your soul and from what I gather the soul lives forever. So, no death in my opinion cant stop anything but the body.

Yes it can.... you can love all you want, unless that love is given back, you will never know what love is. It is a two way road that has to have give and receive. Anything less is just passion.
