As a Pakistani, its very simple let me explain. India is 10 times the population of Pakistan. 1.2 billion versus 160 million..thus there 10 times as many people with access to internet...it wojuld be pointless to make one for Pakistan, if India was only 160 million people and not 1.2 billion people it would probably not have one.
PS: The only lunatics are the Americans

For the extremely trouble-free reason, in evaluation on your paranoia, Yahoo would not differentiate between the two countries, and intensely properly so too. I easily do no longer differentiate between our 2 countries ( we are siblings yaar) so start up thinking valuable and forget how our forebears seen the countries. circulate on, sunshine. As for cricket, enable me aid you already know that on a competent day and Pakistan at her superb, there is not any u . s . who ought to manage Pakistan. it extremely is a beneficiant compliment from the different element of the border.

As I sit here on my Dell work PC, I know that if there were ever a tech support issue, I wind up calling India.
So, it's not that far fetched that India has a lot of tech, where Pakistan doesn't

Surely population size would be the reason. Numbers and economy, then also IT facilities are probably more in Indiaand access to the internet too.

Maybe the business deal for that country has not been concluded yet, or there is not enough demand.
I assume Yahoo is always looking to expand into new markets.

not to do with literacy at a guess.. more the government at a guess.. and maybe the cost of net access etc..
certain other countries have their net access capped by the government.. e.g. china etc.
