Write a story. Build something. Exercise. Go running. Go swimming. Call a friend. Go shopping. Garden. Pull weeds. Go hiking. Ride a bike. Take a nap. Do some work around the house. Take up an instrument. Cook something. Learn how to cook something. Read a book.
I mean, there's not all that much to do, I guess...

You can do something we used to do before all these computers and gadgets came around:
Use your imagination! Believe it or not if you dig deep enough you'll find it. With imagination you can go anywhere or be anything or even come up with a life long dream.
Another thing we used to do is leave the house. There is a whole world out there.

Try helping out with the laundry or vacuum the house, do something constructive. Write someone a nice letter.
Read the Bible, or another good book.
God Bless.

Read books! Later in life you will be glad you did. It is amazing what you can learn. Just pick any subject you are interested in learning about, and read because you want to learn -- not because you are forced to learn. I hated history in school, but after I was done with school, I found that as I traveled places, I wanted to learn more about them, and started to enjoy reading about them.

They used to have these things made out of ground up wood, formed together with a spine and has black ink all over it...
It's called a book, go pick one up and read it...

Have you been grounded? I'm sorry. Organize your room. You may come across something that you've forgotton about that's really fun to do.
Good luck! My grandson goes through this often.

I would walk my dogs, play with my cats, or ferret, write a letter to my pen pal, read, listen to music, or throw rocks at the local children....
