CNN and the Cooking Channel.
Not me but you asked.
I will not watch the news because it is a work in progress and I won't watch people cook food I can not smell or taste. They both seem lacking.
I on the other hand watch everything and have multiple televisions to do so.

It could be a couple of things. Check and make sure that the satellite box is using the digital outputs to the receiver. If they aren't and you are using the Red/White cables, switch over to the digital. If you are digital out of the sat box check the channels up in the higher channels, if you have an HD channel tune to that. Surround? If yes then check the lower channels. If you don't have surround sound then it's because the channel is only broadcasting in stereo. Change the receiver over to a pro-logic mode. If no, then check the surround mode on the receiver for that input and make sure it is set for Dolby Digital or DTS. Some receivers have an AFD or Auto format decoder. Try that setting. Good luck

GSN...my grandma watches the TV for 12 hours of the day, and more than %50 of those hours are on the Game Show Network...eww!

ABC for their great shows Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty and Extreme Makeover Home Edition. 2nd would be HBO on Demand and Showtime for Big Love and Weeds. I am also a HUGE Simple Life and Girls next Door fan, so also E!.
