how many pages would it have? Would it be full of missed opportunities or proud decisions?

Probably a lot of pages - I've been around for a while.
Yes, and Yes.
It would be full of missed opportunities AND proud decisions - and all sorts of other experiences. Things I've done right, things I've done wrong, things I failed to do at all, things I'm glad I did, things I wish I had done and things I wish I had never done!.
I have been both a passive observer of, AND an active participant in, life. There would be chapters I'd change if I could and chapters I wouldn't change for anything!
I have plenty of entries in EVERY one of the above-mentioned categories, as most of us do.
