without taxes deductions you make about $2415.70 and if you subtracting the $438.61 and $120 you spend per month I would say you have about $1858.10 left...lets say you spend another $400 (groceries or something else) which leaves you with $1458.1....in my honest opinion you can afford it...Good Luck and I hope I didn't confuse u

how is your cell phone bill $120/month?

you can afford the apartment, but you'll be living a cheap life. i figure you're probably taking home $1800 after taxes a month, so after rent ($700), car note ($438.61), and cell phone ($120), that leaves you with about $540 a month to spend on other things, like food, electric bill, gas, insurance....

if you live with your parents now, i suggest you don't move out until your car is paid for. and get a better cell phone plan. cause if you do move out, you're not going to enjoy your life
