Almost all the strip clubs serve alcohol and are covered under the Liquor Control Board. So first rule, they are 19 and up, the same as the drinking age. Second, there are strippers, but no audience contact is allowed. Some places offer "private" dances, but not "lap dances". What you actually get depends on where, when, and the girl, but in general as it is a bar, and main business is selling alcohol, they don't risk the fines or closure if caught. If you are 19, Penthouse Cecil, and No 5 are worth checking out.
So, if you are looking for 18, and lap dances, the place you are looking for is Paramount in New Westminster. They did an unprecedented bypass of offering liquor and is couch dance juice joint. Next after that I suggest Honey's in Everett, Washington.

A buddy of mine owns "The Penthouse" (downtown on Seymour Street) and brings in show girls not strippers.
The "No. 5 Orange" (on Main St & Hastings St.) still very popular.
"The Cecil" (downtown on Granville St.) still rockin' and for lap dances you can go where Ben Affleck was caught on tape while with J Lo - "Brandy's" is that place (Hornby & Dunsmuir St.)

I bet if you concentrated on your wife/girlfriend or getting a wife/girlfriend, with the same energy you use for finding a strip club your life would be much more complete.
Don't waste your time with a fantasy dude. It only warps your mind. Especially a fantasy like what your looking for.

you need to only $20 and some extra smoke to fu....the 18 years or under mostly in night and in Hastinges st where women are on drugs
