sadly, no.. in the meantime try to get a second job, and maybe in a while you can take it to court.

YEP!
Dump Him Now!

I've dealt with a lot of similar situations. Young girls all like to tell how their boyfriends are getting screwed by worthless ex wives and (her) kids. And I tell all them all the same thing.
For one minute I want you to think of something you may not have considered. Once upon a time your boyfriend and his ex were busily making children, At that time he was telling her all the same things he is telling you now.
Today, for whatever reason, that relationship has become inconveinent for him and it's all his ex's fault.
Poor poor pitiful him. He has it so bad.
Instead of thinking about himself and what he wants, what about the child? It's not his ex and her children. It's his ex and THEIR children. Maybe he might want to think about getting a second job so he can support HIS children.
Remeber this! 80% of all the men in prison were raised by women alone and never had or knew their fathers.

And you better remember this too.......
Take a real good look at that ex wife of his. There's a much greater possibilty as not, that's gonna be you in a couple of years.
Good Luck!

$700 a month in child is not a whole lot, your boyfriend should fell lucky he got away with just that. His take home is $570, a month? That only makes sense if he is working 20 hours a week, tell him to work more.

Sounds like your boyfriend needs a better attorney... and if he doesn't have one, then THAT is his problem. Maybe he should be trying to get custody if she is such a horrible mother. Attorneys are expensive, but many of them will let you make payments or will withhold charges until after the trial. In the long run, it could save a lot of money. And if all else fails, most communities have affordable pro bono attorneys to help those in need. Check them out. Good luck!

If he's been making all the support payments regularly and on-time, he can go back to court and try to get the amount reduced, based on what his take home pay is.

Most states won't take more than 55% of your pay (I think, I'm not a lawyer or anything).

However, if he hasn't been making the payments or has been late alot of times, don't bother.

That's what happens when you have kids. Responsibility sucks don't it.

He can find a foolish woman to support him until he has a child with her and then she is the irresponsible, terrible mom. Oh wait, that would be you. If he doesn't support his kids, why would you want to be with him? $700 per month is approximately $175 per week. How many children are there? You cannot raise one child on $175 per week.

I would run like the dickens. If it's illegal to hire a security guard without being certified, why are they hiring. They are breaking the law. This sounds like a scam to prey upon those that are seeking employment. The company may actually be paying for these things and the boss is lining his own pockets. What's next--karate training, fitness classes, CPR? Beware.

you need to hurry up and get full custody of the kids. because she isnt working she cant pay for a lawyer which would make it a lot easier. if you get custody, you will never have to give another dime.

I think he should get a second job and with some of the extra money he should buy a lifetime supply of condoms.
