do you just have your shoelaces tied all the time and never untie or retie them? or do you untie them everytime you take off your shoes? or do you even wear shoe laces? do even wear shoes?

Nah. The only time i tie my laces is the first time i wear my shoes. i make sure theres enough space to slide in my feet and yet not fall off when i walk, and im all set to dash for class 2minutes late any day of the week.
The danger with sneakers with laces is that you risk having them tied together or totally untied by your ever wonderful friends. Heres a tip: secure a double knot. It frustrates the heck out of them, and in the end they just give up =P

I got into the habit of double knotting my shoes because of the kids, lol, so I have to untie and retie.

Not if I wear flip flops... when my shoes do have shoelaces, I sometimes untie and retie them in P.E. class...

during the summer i only wear flip flops mostly
but otherwise, i wear either boots or sneakers
the boots have zippers
and the sneakers i untie and retie

some laces purely refuse to stay tied. do you be conscious of a thank you to tie a souble knot? while they're tied the common way then take one loop in each and each hand and make an straight forward knot with the two loops. Double knots are especially safeguard. or you will get laces that are much less wonderful/delicate; they have a much better grip. Have I purely been punked?

yea i just kick them off but when i wanna wear them i have to take off the knot and retie it. but on another pair of shoes i have the laces tucked into the sides so i just slip them on

Sometimes, on the weekends, I like to wear my sneakers where my shoelaces are already tied.
