When thought transcends the dimension of time, when it traverse beyond the dominions of time into the realms of truth, a world forever and endless, where there is no time to deface the reality for the weary eyes of a restless spectator, where there is always time to be what it can be, a being content.
But alas we leave that realm of peace and eternity to pay attention to what is temporary and transient, the dramatic, a passing show for the hunger of our eyes, and then when we stumble and seek again, we extend out trebling hand again to reach blissfulness of the eternal truth.
And how often is always is how often we seek, and how often find, as how often comes the spring in the lifetime of a flower in bloom.

all the time which is constantly therefore is not occurring over but is constant and continuously happening instantaneously. as always is always, always happening, always there, often happening often ther. there often cannot be compared to always as always is constant and often isn't!

There only has to be one answer, and that's perpetually. If you say to your partner, "I will always love you", then that means every second of every day. If you say to your kids, "I will always be there for you" then that means every second of every day, if you say to your friend, "You can always trust me", then that means every second of every day. Always means continually and till you die, since you can't promise anything beyond death. Always means being faithful, it means being sincere, it means being honest, it means being genuine. If you can't honestly promise 'always' then you shouldn't promise it. Always is a lifetime commitment. It basically means "24/7 till the day I die ".
