STOCK ON STOCK, the gix wins. You have bolt on stuff so it's close to stock, but yes it should smoke vrods also. guy talkin about puttin a head and cams into his vrod needs to come back to reality. That's like comparing a gt mustang to a blown camaro. Apples n oranges. Whoever mentioned killing yourself is an idiot. I've had 9 bikes and ridden plenty of harleys.. sportbikes will beat you, weather it be acceleration, braking or turning.
ohhhh btw.. extreme acceleration sprocket kit makes u sound like a squid. just say how many teeth you're up or down.. wanna race my f4i???

Who cares? The only thing that's important is you don't stomp the living SH*X$ out of yourself getting in a stupid race.
People buy the ride they like for personal reasons. Nobody cares if you can go faster. The important thing is to go safely.
There is a word for people with racing attitudes on the street. "dead."

Does it really matter that much that you are willing to kill yourself to prove a point that after you are dead will have proved nothing except you were the fastest to the grave.
But yes it probably would but then my honda Valkyrie F-6 could whoop your a#$ but that don't mean I will ever have to prove it because I know it will.
And that is all I need to know.

you dont need all this..find a road with some tight curves and a push bike would see one off! LOL..also isnt the fast bike in the world that jet powered Y2K by marine technologies....well its still a yank tank but at least this time they got a decent engine in there ..

Who cares ,but the fastest bike in the world is a Harley-Davidson Sportster,and still holds the land speed record for being the fastest bike!!! NO rice here! Well the fastest bike in the world is a Harley (drag racer) so no. But they can't go round corners or stop to save themselves.
For me you pretty much got sex on wheels, but that of course is our taste isn't it?

screw the hd. i rode a vrod and every gear would start revving and when it felt like it was going to get fun i had to shift.

no sir, try the V-rod with stage 4 V&H Intake, big bore kit, 6 speed, boss heads (custom), screaming eagle special fuel mapping, running on sunoco race fuel. Blos it out you hooha punk. Plus mine looks better.
