A lot like the visible universe. Stars, rocks, emptiness.

That is really something that can't be answered because what we human beings cannot perceive, we cannot imagine what it truly 'looks' like. other living entities in the universe may have a totally different view based on the visible spectrum of light that they can perceive. they may be able to see new colors that we couldn't dream of because we cant. then there is the whole thing about dark matter, and dark energy and that whole deal which i wont go into. but i would imagine if we could see everything that truly existed out there, it would be a much more fascinating place, but i don't thin our human brains would even be able to comprehend the vastness of creation, everything there is to be seen, that is why we can only see what we do.

probably not much different from how the visible universe looks.

the only difference is that the light has not had enough time to reach us yet, so its dark to us. in the years to come our visible universe will expand (logically with 1 lightyear per year) and so well see more and more and more of the universe. which will pretty much just look like that which we already see.

stars, blackness, galaxies, novae nebulae etc.

Beyond the CMBR (cosmic microwave background radiation) there is blackness. Beyond that, it is a view of the universe at a negative time, where spacetime does not even exist. The further you look out into space, the further back in time you are looking. The edge of the visible universe, the CMBR, is a view of the time when matter first formed in the unverse.

We probably can't see beyond the boundaries of our universe, there is probably an event horizon similar to that of a black hole because of the mass of the universe.

I would like to think there is something beyond space, but more than likely we will never know in our lifetime.
